The production process of raw powder mainly includes five stages: preparation of sodium aluminate, synthesis, aging crystallization, separation washing of mother liquor, drying packaging. Aging crystallization: after the slurry is stirred in the synthesis tank, it is pumped into the crystallization tank, heated by steam under stirring, the heating temperature, aging crystallization time are controlled according to the process requirements. The discharge is mixed into the buffer tank.
Separation washing of mother liquor: the solid-liquid slurry is separated through a filter to collect filtrate. When the water reaches 30-32% of the attached water, the air pressure stops the filter cake enters the filter cake turnover box.
