Ch3093 carbon deoxidizer:

Ch3093 type carbon deoxidizer is suitable for corrosion burning deoxidizer without hydrogenation in inert gases such as nitrogen. It can make the gas containing 0.1% oxygen be purified by carbon carrier deoxidizer purification device. Ch3093 carbon deoxidizer does need to be equipped with hydrogen. It only has high deoxidation depth (residual O2 ≤ 1ppm), large deoxidation capacity (1.2-1.6m3), but also is easy to operate reliable in performance.

Ch3093 type carbon deoxidizer is directly deoxidized by combustion method. Under the heating temperature of 260 ℃ ~ 320 ℃, ordinary nitrogen gas with 0.1% ～ 0.2% oxygen content can be heated burned by ch3093 type carbon deoxidizer. Oxygen in common nitrogen carbon of deoxidizer are oxidized (burned) to produce high-purity nitrogen (99.9995%) with a small amount of carbon dioxide (< 1ppm / m3). Its characteristics require adding deoxidizer regularly.
