PSA process for nitrogen production

Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) is a technology that uses gas Adsorption to produce separation. It has an irreplaceable position in the field gas supply in the world today.

CMS is the core part of PSA nitrogen production equipment. The carbon molecular sieve (CMS) is selected for separating air and obtaining nitrogen, which can adsorb oxygen (O2) , carbon dioxide (CO2) , water (H2O) , etc. in the air. In the case of adsorption equilibrium, when any kind of adsorbent adsorbs the same gas, the higher the gas pressure is, the greater the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent is. On the contrary, the lower the pressure, the smaller the adsorption capacity.
